All names for memberships must be included in the order notes (see the note above about Family Membership dues)

Please choose one of the following: General Membership, Active Duty Military, Life Member, Junior Member, Family Membership or Corresponding Member

It is suggested to also become a part of the Bay State Council of Divers. The club can reduce the cost by $2 if you choose that option.

Example of a Family Membership:

  1. Robert is a General Member paying the full dues price
  2. Jordan is in the same family as Robert and will pay the half-price Family Membership
  3. Susan is also in the same family as Robert and will pay the half-price Family Membership
  4. Please select one General membership and two Family Memberships if paying all together. If Robert had already paid, make note of it so the Treasurer and Secretary can confirm.
